Purchases and downloads

How digital delivery works.

?How do I receive my purchase?

After payment, you’ll have access to download the file (normally in ZIP format) and, if applicable, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

?Does the download expire?

?Can I download the file again?

Yes, as long as access remains available. We recommend saving a secure copy on your device. If you have any issues, we’ll help you.

?What happens if the payment remains “pending”?

Sometimes the payment gateway takes time to confirm. If you see the payment as completed but don’t have the download, send us the receipt or order number and we’ll look into it.

Formats and compatibility

SKP · 3DMAX · OBJ · STL · FBX

?Do all products include all formats?

Not always. Each product will clearly indicate which formats are included. (For example, some may include SKP+FBX+OBJ, while others may also include STL, etc.)

?Which version of SketchUp / 3ds Max do I need?

It depends on the model. The product page will indicate the requirements or recommended versions. If you’re unsure before buying, write to us and we’ll confirm it for you.

?Are the models ready for rendering (materials, UVs, etc.)?

The idea is for them to be ready for production and real-world work. Even so, each software program interprets materials differently. If something doesn’t import as expected, we’ll help you adjust it.

?Are STL files for 3D printing?

Yes, when STL is included, it is usually intended for prototyping/3D printing. If you want to manufacture and sell in series, contact us about a specific license (special cases).

Licensing and usage

What you can do with the files.

?Can I use the models in client projects?

Yes. Our license is commercial: you can use the models in paid projects and deliver final outputs (renders, videos, PDFs, presentations).

?Can I deliver the 3D file to my client?

Not as a reusable “asset.” You may deliver the final result (render/video/PDF). If your case requires delivering the 3D file (internal library, etc.), write to us and we’ll review it.

?Can I modify the model?

Yes. You can adapt the geometry, materials, dimensions, and optimize it for your workflow.

?Can I resell or share the files?

No. You may not redistribute, resell, or upload the files to websites/marketplaces, even if they have been modified. You can read the full details at Licenses.

Support and billing

We’ll help you if something goes wrong.

?I downloaded it and the file won’t open / is corrupted.

?How long do you take to respond?

We respond as quickly as possible on business days. If it’s a corrupted file issue, we prioritize it.

?Can I request an invoice?

Yes. If you need an invoice, write to us with your order number and billing details.

?Do you create custom models?

Yes, in some cases. Write to us with references, dimensions, and the desired format, and we’ll let you know availability and pricing.

Refunds

?Do you offer refunds?

En general no, al tratarse de productos digitales descargables. Si hay un error técnico real (archivo corrupto, descarga fallida), lo solucionamos con reemplazo o enlace nuevo. Casos extremos se revisan. Más info en Returns and refunds..

?I bought the wrong product—can I exchange it?

Write to us as soon as possible. If the file has not been downloaded/accessed yet, we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
